Know your Rights and Protect your Members PBPA/PBLC Leadership Training and Summit (flyer attached)

Join the PBLC and PBPA for an informative training for leadership and members. We will cover critical topics to help you and your unit better prepare and understand contract negotiations, grievance processing, union and employee rights, and legislative issues affecting your rights on the job. The one-day training will end with a summit roundtable to provide you with the opportunity to engage with other local labor leaders from across the state. Lunch will be provided and materials are included for attendees to share with unit.
Two members from each unit are invited to attend; space is limited to 80. Additional names may be submitted on a stand-by basis; if space allows they will be notified.
