If you are interested in joining the PBPA of IL, please print this page, complete the form and send it along with your membership dues to our office at:
435 W. Washington Street, Springfield, IL 62702
Membership dues are $48.00 per year for Regular Members* and $30.00 per year for Social Members**
If you would like to join, please call the Springfield Office at (217)523-5141 ext 206 and Shelly will be happy to mail you a card to complete.
* Regular Members: Those persons who are active, full-time, certified Law Enforcement Officers of any municipality of the State of Illinois.
** Social Members: Those persons vested with powers of arrest but not employed as full-time, certififed Law Enforcement Officers with-in any municipality of the State of Illinois.
To avoid any delays or refusal of benefits, accurate and up-to-date information must be maintained at the State Office in Springfield.
