Captain Kim Rhodes Memorial Golf Outing
CKRMGO was started in 2010 to honor the memory of our mentor Kim Rhodes. Captain Rhodes trained every Conservation Police Officer currently serving the State of Illinois. He was fun-loving, hard-working, genuine, and dedicated to the Conservation Police…a great example for us all. Each year, 100% of the proceeds are donated to a charitable cause from within our ranks.
The beneficiary for CKRMGO 2012 is the Noah Johnson Memorial Initiative. Conservation Police Officer Chris Johnson’s son, Noah, tragically departed this world much too soon at the age of 17 in December 2011. Since Noah’s passing, Chris has undertaken various projects to honor the memory of his son – youth waterfowl hunt, college scholarship program, etc. Please help us show our support for the Johnson family and Noah Johnson Memorial Initiative.
The date for CKRMGO 2012 is Monday, October 08 (Columbus Day). It will be held at Lincoln Greens Golf Course, 700 East Lake Shore Drive, Springfield, IL (217) 786-4111.
